Programme Mapping

The Programme Mapping module enables administrators to establish relationships between academic programs and institutional structures, as well as create logical groupings of programs.

Creating Programme Mappings

  1. Access Programme Mapping

    • Navigate to Programme Mapping module

    • Click the plus (+) icon to start new mapping

  2. Basic Selection

    • Select Campus from dropdown

    • Select Department from dropdown

  3. Programme Selection

    • Upon selecting Campus and Department, three additional dropdowns appear:

      • UG (Undergraduate) programmes

      • PG (Postgraduate) programmes

      • PhD programmes

    • Select relevant degrees and specializations for each level

    • Click Save to confirm mapping

Managing Programme Groups

  1. View Mappings

    • All mappings are displayed degree-wise in separate listings

    • Easy visualization of current programme structure

  2. Group Assignment

    • Multi-select mapped programmes

    • Assign selected programmes to predefined program groups

    • Program groups are configured in Settings module

    • Grouping enables efficient management of similar programmes

Best Practices

  • Complete Settings module configuration before programme mapping

  • Verify campus and department details before mapping

  • Use consistent naming conventions

  • Review mappings after creation

  • Regularly update programme groups as needed
