Administrators can invite students through two methods:
Bulk Invite
Select configuration parameters:
Campus
Admission year
Pass out year
Student type (Regular/Lateral)
Department
Degree and Specialization
Add email addresses:
Manual entry (enter email and press enter for each)
Bulk paste from Excel
System sends activation links to students
Students activate accounts by:
Setting password
Completing registration form (configured in Settings)
Bulk Upload
Step-by-step guided process
Download bulk upload format template
Fill student data including registration information
Upload completed file
System automatically:
Creates accounts
Sends credentials (username/password)
Students only need to complete additional information if configured
